The Hotel Monte Carlo has a great location just steps from the beach and boardwalk activities, offering a fun and funny service experience. However, the dining options were disappointing with tasteless muffins and packaged juices. The rooms were not cleaned properly and lacked essential amenities like towels.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room was a bit dated, it was clean and cozy. The service was accommodating but not perfect. The location was fantastic right off the boardwalk, but the dining options were disappointing. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel had a nice view from the room, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was lacking with dusty furniture and a dirty bathroom. The mattresses were uncomfortable and the service was reported to be rude. The presence of police due to complaints was also a concern, leading to a decision not to return.
